I live in North London, and have infact worked all but two years of my
working life outside London traveling out (Borhamwood, Luton and
Hatfield). These all fit in nicely onto the spoke I live on. However Reading
or for that matter Heathrow would be much more hassle.

The problem with jobs in general these days is they are not jobs for life,
most people live with a partner who also works, so moving would just the
other one need a new job. This means relocation these days is a really bad
idea. I choise to live in London because I thought it gave me access to the
best/largest job market.

For me London of course has the added advantage that I could meet my
partner for lunch or to go out to dinner after work once in a while.

As someone who would like a new job I find it some what fustrating that all
the jobs posted resently on here arn't London jobs. So as far as I am
concerned should not be posted on this list.
