How power-hungry is power hungry?
Are we talking a few extra watts, a few extra ten of watts, or a few extra
hundreds of watts?

By the way,  for my money,  ECC memory on a server is the only way to go - I
have seen too many PCs fall over due to flaky 'ordinary' memory.
