   I have worked on several occasions where there has been tight security.
Travelling to work I notice that every manhole cover has been sealed, and if
I turn round while in the queue for the security check, perhaps in some
garage hired specially for the occasion, I see plain clothed armed personnel
looking out of windows and wandering around any nearby flat roof. Yes, it
does happen.
