Just wondering if I'm unusual in that I've found that using a laptop
with a trackpad has lead to no problems (touch wood) vs quite frequent
tendonitus when using a mouse.

I'm giving serious thought to the nice laptop style keyboard that IBM
and some others do. I don't think normal keyboards are comfortable now
at all.
