most networks use gnutella protocol anyway. So with something that can  
'talk' gnutella, torrent and edonkey - you're pretty much covered.  
There are clients for all these protocols on linux.
But don't know if there's single one, that would implement all of them  
in one. Try limewire, although I am not quite certain it does all  
protocols.
