Hi,

I spotted this while looking for a softtware engineer job at the beeb,
and to my surprise it has a halfway decent pay bracket (at least by
beeb standards)

Grade 8D is 39 to 50 grand according to the nice chart I got from beeb
HR when I enquired just what Grade 7D ammounted to (up to 45 grand)
