You'll get all this from Samba over tcp/ip.  Why bother with an
Appletalk-based solution given that Apple don't even actively develop
this any more and only offer legacy support?  Unless you have some other
requirement for which Netatalk offers a distinctly superior solution, I
don't see any point.
