[Gllug] Government Gateway

Having recently received a new Government Gateway ID (and having been informed
the new one is totally numeric, as are ALL new IDs being issued), it is quite
interesting to see that the little ID Card helpully notes that the ID is
'not case sensitive'  !!

I never realised that there were upper and lower-case numerals; you learn
something new every day.
