Correct. That is where my second part comes in: 'people not trained[**]'
We all know people who fire of much email and say ''Oh, I haven't got the
time to do it properly'' -- which means that they put the burden on their
readers and collectively waste more time; or perhaps their readers don't have
the time to understand it properly -- which somewhat defeats the point
in sending the email in the first place.
