This book has chapters that cover nonPHP topics like Drupal-specific performance optimization,
localization, etc. That should help site maintainers.
"Using Drupal", as has been already mentioned, is also good for site building based on available
Open Source modules.
Packt publishing has been releasing a series of books on Drupal since 2008. Recently I have read one
called "Drupal Multimedia" which is well written. If your site is multimedia heavy then do get
a copy.
