I avoid Diskeeper as I do not support s*ientology (1,2). Unfortunately, 
the built-in defrag on NT+ is a cut down Diskeeper.

For this reason I use JKDefrag on Windows boxes (and our own servers, 
but not on client's servers). But I find it superior.
