I bought my Acer Aspire One from Curry's (because it was cheap - OK?)
and tried the salesman with three questions before I bought it. He got
them all wrong.
The only one I recall now was, "Do you sell the memory cards which go in
the memory card slots?" His response - "You don't put memory cards in
those slots. If you want more storage you need to use an external USB
drive." There didn't seem a lot of point in attempting to continue the
conversation.
The sales assistants in these places are just about able to fetch the
right box from the store room (at least, given a couple of attempts).
Expect anything more and you will be disappointed.
