Or how about posting the jobs here and if you don't like it just 
killfile anything with VACANCY in it.

Jeez, it's not like there aren't technical solutions to these little 
challenges.

Banning discussion of job postings on THIS list would be a good idea 
though since someone's bound to post one eventually even if there is a 
separate list and then the vocal minority will get upset all over again.
