Could be. The GLLUG mailing list signature is the iso-8859-1 part.

Wierd thing is that iso-8859-1 is the default charset in mutt,
so why it sending us-ascii for MIME emails?

Anyway Andy's found a work around for the formatting problem,
which is for the Blackberry to get the "text" version.
