Did you ask them why they have not obtained some that DO work with Linux netbooks ?
It is quite evident that they are getting the demand. Point out the sales
that they are loosing.

Places like Currys don't like Linux:

* If something doesn't work under MS Windows, then blame the manufacturer

* Linux people tend to buy less s/ware from them, either because they can
  get equivalents for free (ooo, gimp, ...) or they don't need it (norton a/v, ...)
