I hate to nit pick, but it IS an order of magnitude difference. Maybe not a 10
fold difference but that is not what an order of magnitude difference means.
130 Watts = 1.3 x 10^3 <-- Order of magnitude is three
50 Watts = 5.0 x 10^2 <-- Order of magnitude is two
That is an order of magnitude difference. This means that, technically, 99 and
100 are an order of magnitude apart, but you would not refer to them that way...
unless you were a reporter trying to sensationalize a story.
