YGWYPF on customer service, certainly, but they're nowhere near as  
awful as other online retailers I've had the misfortune to deal with.  
My card is only charged for the amount of goods I've ordered, and  
they're all present and correct in the box. This is beyond Dabs's  
ability, for example.
