[Gllug] resources for repackaging a Live CD micro distribution

Long time no see,

I was just remixing a micro Live CD distribution for use on the Hard disk + some tweaks, when first part of the boot went without hitch with my own splash .lss :) while, Booting kernel looked taking . . . way to long, I realised my remixed main /dev/ram .img image must be broken. 

Has anybody have a few definite read-ups for me?
