Make sure the cable router is plugged in to one of the switch sockets on
the wifi router, not any main or WAN port. (1)

This depends on the wireless router and its configuration.  It should
have come with a manual, or if you bing for it's model name you may find
a manual on line.

It's pretty likely that the router IP as we've seen as your default
gateway (192.168.0.1) will act as a webserver providing configuration.
Try once connection to put that IP in your browser.  You may be asked
for a user/pass and you'll need to try something like admin/admin or
whatever the docs or a yahoo search will give you.

This has to be run as root so with sudo.  However it's also not needed
in this case.

(1) There is something else to try.  Try manually assigning your network
details as the following:

IP 10.219.60.5 netmask 255.255.255.0 with def.gw 10.219.60.1

If this is the range the cable router is in, and you're not going
through wifi router firewalls/nat stuff, it should bridge you on the lan
to the right kind of network range and start working fine.

You don't want to leave it in this situation even if it works, it's ugly
and there is still a problem with your wifi router which you'll notice
if you try and use another portable device.
