I found that SPF and DKIM blocked too many legitimate messages, for
example the "send to a friend" link on the BBC website, and ended up
disabling it.

Out of all the techniques I tried, the Spamhaus Zen list together with
greylisting proved to be the most successful; as it was my own domain
I was willing to accept false positive positives and had time back
then to check the logs regularly.
