[Gllug] Web based mail clients

Hi list,
I have used squirrel mail , horde and other web based mail clients .

I feel that outlook has a point here to score though I hate it for its
browser compatibility issues. Can anyone suggest me a good web based
mail client( preferably FOSS)  which I can use.
