No, but they have a service processor:

RAS features 	IBM Chipkill ECC detection and correction
Processor Instruction Retry
Alternate Processor Recovery
Service processor with fault monitoring
Hot-plug disk bays
Hot-plug and redundant power supplies and cooling fans
Dynamic component Deallocation



You should be able to get the fault logs from the service processor.
On x86 architectures I would run:

ipmitool sel elist


On Power I don't know - unless the SP has its own LAN connection in
which case you can interrogate it from another box using ipmitool.
