Well, the power to the dongle certainly went off when I removed it from the
MS Windows machine so that I could insert it into my GNU/Linux machine, and
yet it worked in the GNU/Linux machine after that. So I think that's
pretty good evidence that the dongle doesn't care if I reboot my machine.
