[Gllug] nslookup resolves but not ping or http

I recently added a subdomain to my DNS. Both dig and nslookup resolve the name:

$ nslookup wikileaks.dbpro.org.uk

Server:		212.159.6.10
Address:	        212.159.6.10#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:	wikileaks.dbpro.org.uk
Address: 80.68.88.120


... but neither ping nor http can resolve. The listed nameserver belongs to my ISP. I'm sure it's a propogation issue but don't understand why one lookup method already works if that's the case.
