I can't think of anything which covers the complete (claimed) range of
features.  You could assemble something, but if you specifically want
to run Spiceworks then could you run it under virtualization?  It
appears (from the Wikipedia description) that it would only require a
Windows VM.

As an aside, the model is bizarre: you really want to display adverts
to your workforce to save some money on proprietary software ...?
