[Gllug] Computer won't turn on

Hi,
  I have a bizarre issue with my desktop (Advent T9306).

   It won't turn on. On the other hand, if I turn off and then
turn back on the switch at the back of the power supply,
then pressing the on button does turn it on, but it then
cuts off again after a few seconds.

   I am wondering if the issue is with the switch or
the power supply? How should I troubleshoot this?

   Thoughts?

   Any comments/suggestions welcome!
