[Gllug] where do older sys admins end up?

I know 2 guys who i worked with who were sys admins and moved onto
Embedded Linux Kernel Developers. I was also sys admin when i
started off a couple of years ago and now in Kernel Development, but
i'm way behind the 50-60 range :)
