Given that this is a Linux user group, it seems a little silly to
suggest a phone that has *zero* Linux support at all :-)

I personally sync against my Exchange server using a Samsung i780. It
runs Windows Mobile 6.1 and syncs my Email, Contacts and Calendar
flawlessly.
