Isn't there an old quote that by an inventor who said something like"I tried 
to make it fool/ idiot proofbut someone invented awhole new type of idiot"

The problem today is that NO ONE wants to take responsibilty for their own 
action. Image you go and ask for a coffee  and it comes in a cup with a 
warning label "caution contents maybe hot "  heck if it aint hot then take it 
back !
