Yeah £20/hr is low for business, they expect to pay more than that.
I work a tiered hourly rate + callout for jobs under 2 hours + a day rate.
Long time domestic local clients: £20/h + no callout
Domestic clients: £25/h
Charity / 1 man business : £30/hr
Business: £40/hr
Day Rate: £150
You may as well start high and consider cutting your rates if you need
to, people seem very happy to pay the above so maybe try a bit higher
than that. If you have a good client you think you might get lots of
work from then you will have decent leeway to cut them a better deal.
