[Gllug] Neighbour table overflow.

One of my mail servers is reporting this a lot


May 20 09:41:40 smtp12 kernel: printk: 106 messages suppressed.
May 20 09:41:40 smtp12 kernel: Neighbour table overflow.
May 20 09:41:45 smtp12 kernel: printk: 113 messages suppressed.
May 20 09:41:45 smtp12 kernel: Neighbour table overflow.


which is affecting it's mail delivery with the following


remote_smtp defer (105): No buffer space available


I rebooted it but that had no effect.
Does this indicate a memory problem?
