Not really - my Wife's organisation (50 staff) migrated over a weekend
(after a particularly nasty virus attack which caused them to send a few
million items of spam!).  They chose the Suse route, both for desktops
and servers.  They installed corporate branding on the client machines,
and locked them down.  There was brief (a few minutes) training provided
for each staff member, and they didn't look back!
