We had some fun with them a while back -- they eventually agreed to accept a document
that their automatic ''suck the values out of a MS word'' document could not
have processed - it was very difficult to handle it in OoO (I don't have any
MS Windows machines - so no chance of using MS Word). We didn't get an award
so there is always the suspicion that they accepted it & just dropped it.
