[Gllug] OT: Recommend UK domain host

I just had the unfortunate experience of trying to update nameservers at Hostway and having to deal with their tech support after nothing happened. Can anyone recommend a UK domain host which is reliable, has a reasonably usable control panel and which, preferably, doesn't charge for nameserver updates? I know Fasthosts don't charge.
