Maybe. I don't in my email client. I could do it in procmail if
I needed to, and I have a preference that says to show text/plain
rather than text/html in multipart/alternate messages. But I shouldn't
need to. Particularly on a list where, by convention (and for good
reasons), HTML mail is deprecated.
