[Gllug] Outlook exchange alternatives

But the evidence is that it does NOT work when they use Outlook. They
are unable to interface with the majority of the users in the company or
team. 

Using the Microsoft platform to provide an integrated platform is only
viable where all users use MS software. Otherwise it simply is not
possible to provide the service to all of those who require it.

MS software for team and communication management is not suitable for
any heterogeneous environment.
