BETT 2011
Seminar Programme - Final Call for Papers
As ever, a programme of high-value seminars will be offered to BETT
visitors. In 2011, the seminars will address four broad themes, each of
which will be addressed in a dedicated zone:
* Innovation Zone (Apex Room)
An area for seminar leaders to discuss innovative new teaching and
learning technologies - or innovative ways of maximising the potential
of existing technologies.
* Management Zone (Club Room)
A space for seminar leaders to share ideas about the management of
schools and colleges, including discussions around technology solutions.
* Curriculum & Assessment Zone (Gallery 1)
A place for education professionals to discuss how best to remain
abreast of curriculum and assessment change.
* Training & Development Zone (Gallery 2)
Offering a broad selection of highly practical, practitioner-led
training and development sessions, covering a wide range of teaching
practices and scenarios.
* Special Needs Theatre
An area dedicated to the interests of everyone involved in working with
learners with special and additional support needs.
How to submit your proposal:
Please submit your proposal by FRIDAY 1st OCTOBER 2010 using this form:
http://www.bettshow.com/Bett11/website/PaperSeminar.aspx
Guidance:
* Preference will be shown for proposals which explain how the
seminar/workshop leader will engage actively with attendees
* When allocating speaking opportunities and planning the timing of
sessions, the decision of the content team will be final
* If your submission has been successful, you will be contacted around
6th October with confirmation
