Pound to a penny that you already have a custom notification script -
which is what is playing this sound.
Copy that notification method to a new one, and futz with it to play
different sounds.
I suggest the classic "Star Trek klaxon" if your firewall goes down,
and perhaps a flushing toilet if your core router goes down.
