Apologies - I re-read your post.
Again, dead easy in Teradici to disable everything except the one USB
device, which is your dongle.

You can disable the on-screen setup menu AFAIK, so all the client
would do is connect to your machine in
the back room when it is switched on.

You control the back room machine either via an ssh logon (whatever)
or by doing a nifty trick - your have a graphics card with two monitor outputs.
Mirror the monitor output, connect one to the Teradici host card and
one to a real monitor, plus keyboard and mouse,
in the back office. Simples.
