DDG isn't Bing exclusive like Muktware might try and have you believe, 
it pulls from various search engines, including google, but uses 
different engines. (google looks at geographic location very strictly 
when bringing back results etc) Don't believe all the whines on the posts :)

Regarding the malware site, here is a screenshot of it in action incase 
someone has some interest in learning about such things. all very 
interesting imo.
