[Gllug] Linux laptops

Dear John,

My work desktop runs RH, so it seemed an obvious choice to
use Fedora on my home laptop.

I purchased a Dell Inspiron (under 300 GBP at the time) and
installed Fedora.  The hardware was recognised and
everything worked out of the box, including wi-fi.
