Well I found it on Wikipedia's postcode entry so I assume if it's
anything it's CC BY-SA. If that's the case I am of course happy to
release my addition of a single question mark under the same license :)
Having said that I'm not sure it's even possible to copyright or patent
a regex, nor should it be as far as I can see.
