Jason - you wildly underestimate the fundamental, blinkered stupidity of
most of the Civil Servants.  I have been told that even file duplication
isn't allowed, so RAID isn't permitted (someone could steal a disk!).
These morons are the ones responsible for the parlous state of this
country......
