The only documentation I've got (other than the product data sheet) is:

The card came with the reset jumper shorted, and started to work once
that jumper had been removed.

The card works fairly well, but I'm seeing some interesting performance
degradation over the BeThere supplied modem (download speed dropping to
~4kb/s, instead of 800kb/s).

I'll test more tonight.
