This could be accomplished with a mail alias, usually set up in /etc/aliases.
Something like:
biscuits: alice bob emma at herdomain.co.uk
will deliver all email to the virtual address biscuits at yourdomain.org
to alice at yourdomain.org, bob at yourdomain.org and emma at herdomain.co.uk
For anything requiring maintenance of the list of addresses, bounce
message management, unsubscribe links and all other mailing list
features you're going to want an actual mailing list, but a simple
alias group can suffice for many needs.
