[Gllug] Problem with Skype

Dear GLLUGers,

I'm running 64-bit Fedora 14 and have a problem loading
skype.  Typing skype at the command line yields

skype: error while loading shared libraries: libasound.so.2:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I've read the various forums and get the impression this has
something to do with 32-bit/64-bit compatability problems.

Can anyone help?
