[Gllug] Bridge problems (Ubuntu)

I know I can get this to work - because it was working for well over a
week, but I just cannot replicate whatever it took to get it to work now.

brctl showstp br0 reports it as forwarding packets and the lights blink in
the appropriate way on the card itself but no device will associate with
it.
