Thanks for the info. I'll bear that in mind. I might have to defer starting until October 2012 as I have other commitments for October this year. One thing that I find really frustrating is that the course only starts in October which has been difficult in the past and will also be this year. I have actually done a different  course (a business one) elsewhere due to the inflexible start date. From what I've seen though, their MSc Computer Science covers the best range of subjects that interest me from a computing point of view, so I still want to do it.
