Talking about sooling with ambient air, I  had a discussion with a
major manufacturer on that very topic.
It is very feasible, and their system would work even in the South of
England. The climate here is such that it
is either cold and damp, or warm and dry. So when on the days when
there is hot weather but dry you can use evaporative
cooling.

Shango is very interesting - the God of Big Iron perhaps?
