No DNS responses from any of the 4 DNS servers listed in whois
for bbc.co.uk:
        ns1.bbc.co.uk             132.185.132.21

        ns1.thls.bbc.co.uk        132.185.240.21

Either a DDoS or a serious DNS fuckup.
